IconCool Editor has 50 image filters, including Blurring, Sharpening, Embossing, Diffusing, Color Balance, and more. IconCool Editor has 20 image effects, including Linear Gradient, Wave, Noise, Arbitrary Rotation, and more. IconCool Editor supports Linear Gradient, Rectangular Gradient, Filled Rectangular Gradient, Radial Gradient and Filled Radial Gradient effects, supporting 76 groups of sample colors. You can also customize 24 groups of colors yourself!

3D Shadow & 3D Button effects: You can easily add 3D shadow to any transparent icon, and 3D button effects to any icon.

- You can easily change the color depth of icons using the following bits:1, 4, 8 and 24. You can change the size of icons, selecting sizes from 1x1 to 255x255.

- Editor can open the following image formats:
